A good county judge wears many hats in their role, and each role looks out for the people of Burnet County in a different way. I'll work hard and fight to make life better for every Burnet County resident.
Restore Transparency & Open Communication
Transparency is the key to clear and open communication. It is my aim to utilize both to restore faith in our governing body.
Fiscal Responsibility - With Accountability
When the government spends money, it's spending the people's money. We owe it to the people of Burnet County to ensure we're doing our due diligence before funds leave our coffers.
Reduce Debt & Stop Borrowing Money
Fiscal austerity will help us close the gap between expenditures and revenue, reducing the financial burden on every citizen of Burnet County.
Unify County Government & Build Relationships
Government isn't just a top-down management system, it's a livelihood for those that depend on it. We must ensure that we, as the government, are fostering positive relationships with those working with us, be it clerks or first responders.
Growth & Infrastructure
It's my belief that County Government needs to fund the basics, then get out of the way. Roads, Safety, Environmental Resources, and Welfare Services are crucial components that necessitate fiscal attention.
